Terms & conditions
Last updated 18 July 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aesthetic & Beauty Consultants Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 25 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QZ. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Aesthetic & Beauty Consultants Ltd.
You can reach us at management@aestheticnbeauty.co.uk or 07778 346431.
2. These terms
By booking an appointment, using this website or attending the clinic you accept these terms. Please read them alongside our cancellation & refund policy and privacy policy. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your booking is the one published when you booked.
3. Booking an appointment
A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us — not when you submit the form. Occasionally we may be unable to accept a booking, for example if the time is no longer available or a treatment is not suitable for you. If that happens we will contact you and refund anything you have paid.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late we may need to shorten or rearrange your treatment so that later appointments are not affected.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our services page in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown when you book.
When booking online you may choose to pay a £25 deposit or the full amount. Where a deposit is paid, the balance is due at the clinic on the day. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, and are not refundable within 24 hours or if you do not attend. Full details, including what happens if we cancel, are in our cancellation & refund policy.
Because appointments are provided on a date and time agreed with you, the statutory 14-day cancellation right that applies to some services bought online does not apply once your appointment has taken place. Your rights before that are set out in the cancellation policy.
6. Consultations, suitability and consent
Treatments are provided only where they are, in our professional judgement, appropriate for you. We may require a consultation or patch test first, and we may decline or stop a treatment where we consider it unsuitable. You will be asked to give informed consent before treatment.
You must give complete and accurate information about your health, medical history, medication, allergies and previous treatments, and tell us if anything changes. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside certain conditions or medicines.
Individual results vary. No specific outcome is promised, and aftercare guidance must be followed. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for a consultation.
7. Age
Treatments are provided to adults aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested.
8. Your responsibilities at the clinic
Please let us know as early as possible if you cannot attend. We ask that you treat our staff with courtesy; we may decline to provide treatment where behaviour is abusive or where attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs would make treatment unsafe.
9. This website
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content, images and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses.
We are not liable for reactions or complications arising from information you did not give us, or from aftercare instructions not being followed.
11. Complaints
If something is not right, please tell us as soon as possible at management@aestheticnbeauty.co.uk so we can put it right. We take complaints seriously and will respond promptly.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
